WRA Office Complex

This 4-storey office complex was commissioned by the National Water Regulatory Authority. The building has one basement and four floors above ground. The ground floor comes with a 100-seater multipurpose meeting and training area as well as labs and consulting areas. First to third floors house the various NWRA departments in a combination of private and shared offices. The facades are simple and clean with sun screens trimmed to emulate the movement of water.
